When you are hungry, ask yourself, "Can I sit down and eat a plate full of fish and broccoli?"
If the answer is yes, you are hungry.
If the answer is no, you are bored.
Nut Bars (Whole 30 approved)
1 cup walnuts, almonds or cashews (or mix)
1 cup dates or raisins
1 cup dries cranberries
1 cup unsweetened coconut
Put in food processor.
Add 1 T water.
Press in 8x8 pan, chill.
Cut into bars.
